Welcome to The Ceramic Shack! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • All our ceramics are individually handmade. Slight variations in shape, size, colour, glaze and finish are part of their unique character.

    We aim to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

    Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

    Once your order has been accepted, you will receive confirmation by email.

    If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or arrange a refund.

  • Some items are available for immediate dispatch, while others are individually made to order.

    Production times will be stated in the product description.

    For example, our handmade haunted houses usually require approximately 3 weeks before dispatch.

    Please check the estimated timescale before ordering. We will contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.

  • For personalised items, please ensure that any names, wording, colours or other requested details are correct before placing your order.

    We may contact you if we need clarification about your design.

  • Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

    We take care to package our ceramics securely, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us so we can put things right.

    Delivery estimates are provided when ordering. Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

  • Please follow any care instructions provided with your ceramic items.

    Not all ceramics are suitable for food, dishwashers, microwaves or outdoor use. Products should only be used for the purposes specified in their descriptions.

    Decorative items are not intended as toys.

  • Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about cancellations, returns, faulty products and refunds.

    Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

  • All original product photographs, designs, descriptions and branding belong to The Ceramic Shack unless otherwise stated.

    They must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
